Hello!! by Daisuke Miyata started in issue 45 of Weekly Shonen Magazine.
The story is about twins who have totally opposite personalities, one is the stupidest and the other the most intelligent of their school. However, these they get into high-school they meet with the sport that will change their lives: Rugby.
