Fuuka by Koji Seo started in issue 11 of Weekly Shonen Magazine. Koji Seo is the manga author of many manga series. His most recent work Kimi no Iru Machi ended in the same issue that Fuuka began in.
Almost all of Seo's works have been successful, so it will not surprise many if Fuuka becomes popular.
