Yesterday the HunterXHunter movie, Phantom Rouge, was released at theatres in Japan.
The film mainly focuses on Kurapika and his revenge on the Phantom Troupe "Spiders" for the slaughter of this clan the Kurata clan.
After the ending credit of the film there was a special teaser that featured Netero, the chairman of the Hunter Association, in front of a backdrop of a dimly lit street with a tall tower similar to the Heavens Arena. This was a teaser of the second HunterXHunter movie that was recently greenlit for production.
Very little information is available on the second movie, but I will keep you appraised of developments.
