Natsuko Heiuchi started publishing Seishun Shounen Magazine - Kami no Tsubasa in issue 12 of Weekly Shonen Magazine. Heiuchi is a very experience mangaka with over 20 series to his name. Just like his past works Seishun Shounen Magazine - Kami no Tsubasa is a mini-series.
The original Seishun Shounen Magazine ran from 1978 to 1983 in the same magazine but by Makoto Kobayashi and it was nominated for the 2nd Manga Taisho Award in 2009.
